Day 82: New PT Experience

Many people have stopped me and said they are amazed at how much better my gait is since SDR. Today I had the privilege of starting PT with someone who has known me for 15 years. And he said, “Sarah, I just can’t get over how much better your gait is, and I think we can make it even better.”
I appreciate all the compliments, it’s hard work that feels invisible.
But because of his expertise he understands hip, leg, and feet mechanics, studied my surgery in school, sees my weakness and was still proud. I'm trying to put some hope in the new PT situation. It is closer and with someone I know. I'm praying it works out.
