Day 106: Braces, braces, braces

 Journal entry (written by Sarah)

Mom and I visited Paley to see my team. I got fitted for/picked up my new night splint. It’s not quite as torturous as it looks.

We discussed having PERCs done before the year’s end. The procedure involves cutting the tissue that holds the gastroc muscle in place. We also learned the procedure will need to be completed on both legs.  This news led to the need for a matching night splint on my left leg. (New right brace and Casting pictured).

Praying that I’m being wise in this decision, that above all things —God will be glorified, and we will continue to see the Lord lead us in the days to come.
