Day 64: Last OT

We drove to West Palm Beach today for OT and PT. I want to believe Dr. Asadi that things in my hand/arm will change. But the visit was kind of lame. She told me there isn't much they can do. But I remind myself that I am Dr. Asadi's oldest patient, so the OT hasn't actually dealt with a lot of post SDR adults. I'll keep hoping anyway. I have ring splints to wear and stretches to do. Wish I had an expert to talk to.

Because we were in West Palm Beach, I was able to see my favorite PT Michelle. We worked on quads, stairs and strength. I want to get stronger.
