Sundays are so hard. I need steps and cannot get them when I'm serving at the guest desk at church. It's annoying.

I walk but not as much because it's hot outside.

I run through my options. I do vibration plate, the stairs, curbs,, Estim (with focus on Quad work)

The work is never done.
