Day 34: So Bored

It's worth it. I tell myself over and over again. This rhythm and repetition is good for my brain and the nerve connections. I remind myself of the growth we have seen.
I know I am the only one that can make sure I do the work. But, vibration plate, pool, walking always walking... it gets old.
I have gotten really good at walking up and down curbs. It's like the stairs. I make sure to practice going up and down without holding on (stairs).
For the curbs I force myself to lead with both my dominant and non-dominant foot. Up and down... at least 50 times each day because I want my steps to be smooth.
But, I'm bored. so bored.
