Day 11: A Hard Day

I couldn't sleep last night. I'm afraid I'm not making the right progress. My hand hurts since we started trying

to work on the contractures in my hand. We ate breakfast and then went for a walk.

It is Sunday so, I had to do all at home PT. I went to the stairwell, and we worked on climbing stairs.

Taite then worked with me to stretch my arm. I can't straighten it by myself completely.

Then we went for a walk. I let Lisa leave so she could travel home. I know I'll get in trouble but, I went for two

more walks on my own and did one load of laundry (all by myself). I also practiced balancing but stood in the

corner so I could catch myself if I fell. I'm irritated that there are so many things I cannot do.

I ate dinner and am going to bed early. My back hurts.
